Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor at Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Engineering and Technology, located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, preparing course materials, conducting research, and guiding students in their academic projects. Additional responsibilities include participating in faculty meetings, contributing to curriculum development, and engaging in continuous professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in subject matter relevant to Engineering disciplines
• Demonstrated skills in teaching, curriculum design, and academic advising
• Excellent research capabilities with a record of publications in reputable journals
• Proficient in using educational technology and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Doctorate degree in a related field is preferred
• Prior teaching experience at the college level is an advantage
