Assistant Professor - Business Analytics

As a dedicated and knowledgeable professional, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our Business Analytics program. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Business Analytics, covering areas such as data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization. - Design and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning and engagement. - Supervise student projects, internships, and research work related to Business Analytics. - Collaborate with colleagues to continually enhance the curriculum and academic offerings. - Conduct research, publish findings, and participate in conferences to contribute to the academic community. - Engage in academic and administrative activities, including faculty meetings and institutional committees. **Qualifications:** - An MBA degree is required, and an MBA with BTech will be preferred. - Strong academic or industry background in Business Analytics, with practical experience in data-driven decision-making. - Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI. - Previous teaching experience in higher education is highly desirable. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
