Assistant Production Manager

As an Assistant Production Manager at Bewild Produce Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production operations in Hyderabad. With 1-2 years of experience, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards are met. Your primary responsibilities will include order processing and procurement, where you will receive and process orders from different sales channels and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials and packaging. Additionally, you will be involved in warehouse and inventory management, overseeing goods receipt, quality checks, storage, and maintaining accurate stock levels through regular audits. In the production and quality assurance aspect, you will efficiently plan and execute production schedules, coordinate job work with external partners, and ensure compliance with product quality standards at every stage. Dispatch and logistics management will also be a key part of your role, ensuring accurate order picking, packaging, timely dispatch, and coordination with transporters for delivery scheduling and documentation. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintenance and compliance by planning preventive maintenance of machinery, maintaining safety standards, performing regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Your role will also involve leading teams, communicating effectively, and negotiating with vendors to uphold operational excellence. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Management/Tech/Food Tech/Commerce (full-time only), with preference given to those with FMCG warehouse or production management experience. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, proficiency in inventory management tools, excellent communication, and vendor negotiation abilities are essential.
