Assistant Operations Manager(pharma)

Role Overview: As a Sales Operations Coordinator, your role will involve preparing monthly and daily planning based on Sales orders received from the marketing team. You will collaborate with the F&D team for new product development and be responsible for preparing BMR & BPRs for new products, ensuring their mastery by the QA department. In case of breakdowns during processing, you will coordinate with the engineering team for prompt resolution. Your key focus will be on online documentation completion, coordination across departments, document review, and compliance with GMP guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly and daily planning upon receipt of Sales orders. - Collaborate with the F&D team for new product development. - Prepare BMR & BPRs for new products and ensure QA mastery. - Coordinate with the engineering team for breakdown resolution. - Ensure online completion of operational documents. - Coordinate between cross-functional departments. - Review and finalize documents prepared by executives. - Ensure timely online submission of all documents. - Ensure availability of BMRs/BPRs before activity initiation. - Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines. - Create safety awareness among team members. - Maintain department readiness for audits. - Lead problem-solving initiatives along with the QA team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred). - Proven experience in Sales operations or related roles. - Strong understanding of GMP guidelines. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Prior experience in document preparation and review is a plus.
