Role: Assistant Office Admin Manager
Location: Dehradun | Experience: Freshers May Apply | Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and manage official documents, letters, and internal communication.
Finance & Accounts Support: Maintain Excel sheets for expenses, billing, and financial tracking.
General Office Tasks: Oversee daily administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
Meeting Scheduling: Organize and coordinate internal/external meetings, including follow-ups.
Project Coordination: Assist in managing project-related communication and updates between teams.
Qualification : B'Com, BBA or Equivalent Degree
Skills Required
Good Typing Speed & Accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
Organizational and Time Management Skills
Basic Knowledge of Office Administration Procedures
