About the Role Join the Romila Palliative Care Program , where your care makes a difference. As an Assistant Nurse , you'll be the bridge between the community and the care team — identifying patients, providing basic support at home, and helping families manage with confidence and compassion. What You'll Do ✅ Identify patients needing palliative care ✅ Raise awareness in the community ✅ Provide basic nursing & psychosocial support ✅ Follow up on care, medication, and well-being ✅ Support with documentation & home visits ✅ Coordinate with the team and helplines for referrals ✅ Participate in micro-planning, training, and surveys What We’re Looking For Qualification: SSC/HSC + Nursing Assistant Course Experience: 1–2 years in community health, palliative or social care Skills: Compassionate, organized, good communicator, committed Why Join SNEHA?
