Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Daily review of maintenance activity with maintenance team for repeated issue
Plan and oversee routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance activities.
Review of MTTR and MTBF of plant machinery
Reduction in oil (Hydraulic) consumption in machines.
Performance review of preventive and predictive maintenance.
Lead, manage, and supervise the mechanical maintenance team, including mechanics and technicians.
To ensure imported spare parts availability.
To control wastage of electrical energy
To control resources (Water in utility, compressed air)
Implementation of new technology developments.
Manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and ensure the availability of spare parts and supplies.
Evaluate and implement new technologies or methods to improve maintenance efficiency.
Knowledge of SAP.
Kaizen implementation and review.

Preferred candidate profile

10 Yrs of experience in mechanical maintenance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
Experience in maintenance related activities handling
