Assistant Marketing Managers

As an Assistant Marketing Manager for the Passive Fire Protection division at a reputed engineering and industrial solutions company, your role will involve driving B2B marketing for passive fire protection systems such as intumescent paints, fire barriers, and doors. Your responsibilities will include engaging with consultants, EPC contractors, infra developers, and utilities to enhance brand awareness and generate business. You will also be tasked with preparing and delivering technical presentations, supporting tendering activities, and providing market feedback to refine marketing strategies. Additionally, you will be expected to travel a minimum of 15 days per month across assigned territories. Key Responsibilities: - Drive B2B marketing for passive fire protection systems, including intumescent paints, fire barriers, and doors. - Engage with consultants, EPC contractors, infra developers, and utilities to build brand awareness and generate business. - Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to institutional clients. - Support tendering, specifications, and pre-sales activities. - Provide market feedback and help refine marketing strategies. - Travel a minimum of 15 days per month across assigned territories. Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: Science Graduate / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics. - Experience: Minimum 10 years in industrial or institutional marketing, preferably in the infrastructure, fire safety, or coatings industry. - Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills. - Prior exposure to fire protection systems, industrial paints, or building safety products is an added advantage. - Age: Around 30 years. - Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and project support.
