Job Description:

• To provide Technical support at client site when required and resolve their queries with respect to the C1 India application via mail and phone.
• Satisfy the client queries and provide quick resolution
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the technical team
• Provide training to the vendors at client location regarding application usage
• To manage the clients and resolve all their concerns on priority basis.
• Conducting live auctions for clients
• Client Management as a customer relationship associate.

Key Skills:

• Must be having at least 1 year exp. in Client handling profile though phone & emails.
• Well versed in speaking Hindi, English.
• Should have good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Good analytical & problem solving skills.
