Assistant Manager/Manager - Project Management

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for liaising with the partners and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects

2. Coordinate cross-functional teams (production, QA, QC, WH, engineering, and supply chain) to execute projects efficiently and on schedule

3. Consolidation of customer orders and coordination with planning to ensure the products are planned.

4. Responsible to maintain hygiene of orders in the system.

5. To liaise with client as primary client contact, managing communication, expectations, and project updates throughout execution stages

6. Responsible to follow up and ensure on time receivables.

7. Responsible to facilitate commercial agreements in coordination with legal department.

8. Coordination with outbound logistics team in sharing the related documents with customer.

9. Maintain communication with the customer in providing their schedules.

10. Coordination with clients and Responsible to maintain healthy relationship with all customer base.

11. Conduct regular project reviews, reporting progress to stakeholders and escalating issues as needed

12. Coordinate with the PR team to ensure that any information going out is in the best interest of the company.

13. Work with internal teams to ensure that alliance and partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.

14. Monitoring the challenges and finding the solutions that may crop up on day-to-day basis.

15. Responsible to manage and cultivate relationships with partners and explore new opportunities.

16. Responsible for maximizing long-term value for the company, its partners and customers.

17. Responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with the companys objectives, goals and strategies.
