Assistant Manager/Manager - Landscape Architect

Objective of the role : : To develop landscape designs in coordination with external consultants and ensure project requirements are delivered as per the required standards. Roles & Responsibilities: To prepare design briefs for the project. Evaluate and finalize external landscape architects. Review design packages from external landscape architects & coordinate with the Kalpataru team. Enhance progress of site by ensuring smooth flow of drawings. Review the quality at site. Review costs and evaluate options. Source new materials and technology for projects. Establish landscape standards & checklist for improving coordination and quality. Prepare concept layouts for in-house projects and project evaluation prior to contract documentation. Prepare civil lineout plans, lighting layout and work out details of individual areas (in house projects). Coordinate with the horticulture team and ensure appropriate plant species being selected and cultivated at in-house nursery. Planning, design, construction, maintenance and management skills for landscaping. Knowledge on horticulture. Lead the landscaping for multiple projects through a team of landscape architects.
