Job Description

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage BIM (Building Information Modelling) processes for landscape architecture projects ensuring high-quality, coordinated, and standardized digital project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and related documentation.
Implement and maintain BIM standards, SOPs, and protocols across projects.
Lead model coordination, clash detection, and ensure data accuracy.
Manage project folder structures, templates, and central files.
Conduct quality control checks on BIM models.
Coordinate with project teams and ensure milestone model submissions.
Support development of Revit families, project details, and automation scripts.
Mentor junior staff and conduct BIM training sessions.
Assist with BID/RFP reviews and proposal preparation.
