About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Asst Manager with experience in both B2B and B2C sales, preferably within the FinTech sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s expansion goals. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and target potential clients across B2B and B2C segments. · Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. · Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer · Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications & Experience: · Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in FinTech or related sectors. · Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Target-driven with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals. · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
