Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager-Electrical Maintenance-BOP

Purpose of the Role

Candidate must have electrical maintenance exposure of thermal power plant not less than 100 MW with good analytical approach & inbuilt problem solving capacity during professional challenges from core power plant maintenance team.

What does this role entail

For BOP area:

• Exposure in Switchyard SCADA & AUTOMATION, its Network management, LAN/OFC network, BCU, Server establishment operational exposure for 220kv SAS or above voltage level
• Exposure of CWP/CTF electrical system i.e. 6.6kv HT Breaker (ABB/Schneider)/LT breakers (L&T, BCH etc.) with inbuilt digital relays configuration & protection settings.
• Exposure in ABB/Siemens Relay well versed about relay coordination & its setting/ logic etc.
• Exposure (O&M) in SAP, M Cube, CMT, Meter data communication.
• Exposure WTP Elect System, smart metering, EMS system.
• Exposure of Raw material handling system (CHP) & its accessories like stacker reclaimer/Belt conveyers/Weighbridge electrical system etc.
• Exposure in Elect maintenance for AHP system i.e. 6.6kv & 0.415v Breaker/Switch gear/Motors & its accessories i.e. Dry ash Air compressor/wet ash conveying system etc.
• Exposure of troubleshooting for AC Drives/Control system (SIEMENS, L&T, ABB ACS 550 and ABB ACS 880).
• Exposure in O&M of Power Transformer, Isolators/ES, SF6 Breaker / CT/ PT at 220kv switchyard.
• Trouble shooting of electrical control ckt, preparation of RCA, & Modification of HT/LT/RP Panels on need based.
• Exposure of Protection relays for LT&HT Motor feeders & 220kv switchyard protection system are must.
• Experience in CHP system Preventive, Corrective and Breakdown Maintenance of Service Transformers, HT/LT Panels and Motors & Motor Feeders, DC systems are inevitable.
