Assistant Manager/Accounting

As a Financial Analyst, your role will involve preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. You will also be responsible for conducting regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and financial data to ensure accuracy. Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports - Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and financial data - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements - Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting - Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operations - Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations - Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records - Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management - Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting - Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to work full-time with benefits such as Provident Fund and yearly bonus.
