Assistant Manager/Accounting

As a Financial Accountant at our company, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. - Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and financial data. - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. - Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. - Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operations. - Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations. - Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records. - Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management. - Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for a candidate who possesses: - A degree in Accounting or Finance. - CPA or other relevant certification is preferred. - Proven experience in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
