Die in-charge (Die development, design, arrangement, modification
knowledge of Stamping dies.
Press and Blanking Die preparation for New model.
Design check for Stamping and Blanking
Die tryout and set up for Production
Attachment design and arrangement
Autocad/UG NX/Catia knowledge.
Simulation of Stamping panels.
*Not required maintenance person
Specific Functional Skills
Required
- To have the experience of the Die set up for 4 wheels New model
(Press and Blanking line)
- To have the experience for the management of New model project in
Press plant
- CAD operation skill (Auto CAD, UG)
- Excel, Word operation skill
