Assistant Manager - Web Projects

As a Website Product Manager at Enphase Energy, you will play a crucial role in delivering web projects on Enphase.com. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with global teams to maintain an exceptional user experience and consistent site quality. You will be involved in hands-on web project management, effective stakeholder coordination, and strategic oversight from planning through launch. In this role, you will lead web project management by managing website updates and product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, IT, Marketing, Sales) to meet objectives and deadlines. You will own and prioritize the website roadmap and project backlog, aligning tasks with business goals and managing timelines effectively. Adaptability to changes in the project scope, timeline, and delivery in response to sudden shifts in business strategy is essential. Your role will also involve gathering and organizing stakeholder input to create actionable requirements, including epics, user stories, and detailed specifications for developers. You will ensure global site consistency, high-quality UX/UI design, and performance optimization, using analytics to track KPIs and continuously improve user experience and site performance. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience working in web SaaS, eCommerce, or digital organizations, with a preference for experience in web product or project management, particularly managing global websites. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Jira are essential, and knowledge of Kanban or other project management frameworks is a plus. While programming knowledge is not required, understanding website functionality, UI/UX principles, and system integrations is crucial. Strong analytical and organizational skills are necessary for interpreting web metrics, driving improvements based on data, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills are vital to lead discussions across all levels, ensure alignment, and manage expectations. Experience working with global teams and websites across multiple countries is essential, with an emphasis on multicultural and language awareness. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, Information technology (IT), digital media, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required for this role.
