Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the warranty claims process, Customer Complaint handling including tracking and processing claims.
  • Work with customers, sales representatives, and engineers to identify and resolve warranty issues.
  • Develop and implement warranty policies and procedures.
  • To implement, manage & review of ISO and IATF/TS 16949.
  • Train and supervise warranty claims representatives.
  • Monitor warranty claim trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and sales representatives.
  • Prepare reports on warranty claims and trends for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to warranty claims.
  • Work with production and engineering teams to identify and address product defects.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of warranty claims.
  • Manage the budget for warranty claims and ensure that costs are kept within budgetary limits.
  • Analyse warranty data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and changes in warranty regulations.
  • 8D report for Failure parts. RCA, ICA and PCA for failed parts
  • MRM report preparation.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in warranty management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
  • Experience with warranty management software and database management
