Job Description

Assistant Manager - Tractor Finance
Job Purpose
Achieve targets across various assigned parameters. Oversee the Tractor Finance business while maintaining compliance. Handle partners and agencies. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers and agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during product repossession.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR).

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Track cases individually and ensure resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy development.

Ensure target achievement.

Regulatory compliance management.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in collections, preferably within financial services or tractor finance.

Experience in monitoring performance against key parameters.

Understanding of legal guidelines for repossession.

Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.

Experience resolving escalations and handling customer issues.

Familiarity with Daily Risk Report (DRR) management.

Ability to develop and implement debt collection strategies.

Strong portfolio management skills.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.

Leadership experience and vendor management skills.

Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
