Job Description

Assistant Manager - Tractor Finance
Job Purpose
Achieving targets in various parameters assigned. Oversee the Tractor Finance business while maintaining compliance. Handle partners and agencies. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections targets by visiting customers/agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR).

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Track cases on a case-by-case basis.

Ensure resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Develop debt collection strategies.

Achieve targets as assigned.

Ensure regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in collections, preferably in Tractor Finance or related financial services.

Strong understanding of regulatory and legal guidelines related to collections and repossessions.

Proven track record in target achievement and portfolio management.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Ability to develop and implement effective collection strategies.

Team management and leadership abilities.

Experience in vendor and agency management is a plus.
