Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of testing activities across multiple defence-related projects.
Define and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, systems engineering, and project management.
Ensure compliance with defence standards, protocols, and documentation requirements.
Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution processes.
Coordinate with DRDO and other defence agencies for validation and certification processes.
Mentor and guide testing engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Up to 8 years of experience in software/hardware testing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
Prior experience in defence projects and familiarity with DRDO workflows is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies (manual and automated), tools, and lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of defence standards such as MIL-STD, JSS, or equivalent is a plus.
