Assistant Manager - Testing

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add an AM - Testing position based in Sriperumbadur, Chennai. Your responsibilities will include handling overall shift activities, providing solutions for process-related and test issues, collaborating with the global team/customer support for quality achievement, setting up Automated/Manual Testers, troubleshooting equipment, managing failure recovery, and implementing ECNs. Additionally, you will coordinate with process & production for Yield and Quality improvement. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5+ years of similar experience. - Strong experience in Chroma ATEs, auto/manual Power products M/C setup, and troubleshooting. - Proficiency in Power Product Testing platforms and Tester PM activity. - Must have Python programming development skills. - Previous experience with Cisco Project will be advantageous. - Knowledge in Test Platform structural development, PCBA & Unit level Failure analysis, Reliability & Environmental chamber concept, and Network & RF related manufacturing testing.
