Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Managing and enhancing performance of the Team.
Coaching and developing TLs & Sr TL’s for the next level.
Gives input on different processes for improvement.
Drives initiatives to improve performance, highlight gaps and propose solutions.
Keeps team motivated through various activities.
Facilitates and coordinates all team requirements.
Works with various departments like Sales, HR, Back office, IT & AF to ensure smooth execution of the Tele sales process.
Ensures adequate staffing.
Works closely with TL’s & Sr TL’s & AMs to ensure productivity and quality improvements.
Evaluates training needs and ensure adequate trainings / refreshers are conducted.
Supports the Training and Quality team within the zone.
Performance Management monitoring.
