Assistant Manager Technical Services

As an Assistant Manager Technical Services at Knauf India, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and training for plaster products. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing technical guidance and support to customers, contractors, and distributors on the application, performance, and benefits of plaster products. - Conducting on-site visits to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure product quality, performance, and compliance with industry standards. - Organizing and overseeing mockups to demonstrate product application in real-world scenarios. - Conducting training programs for customers, applicators, and internal staff on the proper use of plaster products. - Collaborating with product management teams and R&D to provide market feedback for product improvement and innovation. - Conducting product trials to evaluate the performance of plaster products under various conditions. - Staying updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience of 5-10 years in the industry. - In-depth knowledge of building construction and finishing materials. - Capability to supervise sites, understand drawings, and estimate materials. - Interest in developing and training contractors and installers. - Computer literacy with good presentation skills. - Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Kannada (preferred for South candidates). - Willingness to travel extensively.
