Assistant Manager Taxation

As an Assistant Manager Taxation at NTT DATA Business Solutions, you will be responsible for handling various tax compliances and ensuring accuracy in tax-related processes. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Handling indirect tax compliances including GST monthly and annual return filings - Managing direct tax compliances such as Advance tax and issuance of Form 15CA - Verifying correct TDS deduction rates and managing correction of TDS returns - Preparing tax audit reports and other income-tax forms - Reconciling TDS and Foreign Tax Credit - Managing direct and indirect tax litigations by responding to notices, filing appeals, and liaising with consultants - Addressing adhoc tax-related queries and conducting in-depth research on tax issues Qualifications Required: - CA qualified or semi-qualified - Post articleship experience of 1-1.5 years - Exposure to direct tax compliance and litigation - 1-1.5 years of experience in a tax team with Big 4 is a must If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply for this position.
