Assistant Manager - Taxation

Key Responsibilities:

1. GST Compliance & Returns

• Preparation of monthly GST returns:

  GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-7 (GST TDS)

  .
• Prepare and assist in filing

  Annual Returns GSTR-9 & 9C

  .

2. Reconciliations

• Monthly reconciliation of

  GST Input (GSTR-2A vs Books)

  .
• Reconciliation of

  Books vs GST Returns

   across Output, Input, Income, and Other Income.

3. Invoice & Bill Management

• Timely generation of

  E-Invoices

  and

  E-Way Bills

   in accordance with project needs.
• Validate ITC invoices and credit confirmations; ensure proper allocation to project teams.

4. Audit Support

• Provide relevant data and documentation for

  internal, statutory, and cost audits

  .
• Proactively resolve all audit-related queries.

5. Registrations & Portal Compliance

• Handle

  new GST registrations

  , including

  branch additions

   on the GST portal.

6. Accounting & Payments

• Prepare and post

  GST set-off entries

   accurately.
• Process timely

  GST payments

   and ensure accurate accounting.

7. Assessment & Representation

• Manage and represent the organization in

  GST audits and assessments

   by tax authorities.
