Role Overview

Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition (Bulk Hiring-LCC)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end bulk hiring initiatives for large-scale recruitment requirements
  • Manage, mentor, and guide talent acquisition teams to achieve hiring targets and productivity goals
  • Develop and execute high-volume sourcing strategies using multiple recruitment channels and tools
  • Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to align hiring plans with business needs
  • Oversee screening, interviewing, and selection processes to ensure quality hiring at scale
  • Ensure seamless candidate communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle
  • Drive coordination of offer management, reference checks, and background verification processes
  • Track, analyze, and present recruitment metrics, hiring dashboards, and pipeline reports to leadership
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance speed, quality, and cost efficiency
  • Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and best practices in bulk and volume hiring

  • Proven experience in bulk or high-volume hiring environments
  • Strong team management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, planning, and execution abilities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing channels
  • Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills
