Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Assistant Manager in Strategic Alliances & Partnerships to join our team. The role requires building and managing strategic collaborations that drive growth, visibility, and long-term success for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic alliances & partnerships.
• Build strong business relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Travel as required to meet clients, partners, and collaborators.
• Assist in planning and executing partnership strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Represent the organization professionally in meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA in Marketing/HR (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Proactive, quick learner, and with a pleasing personality.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and other productivity software.
