Job Title: Assistant Manager – Strategic Alliances & Partnerships ( ( Females preferred ) Location: Kochi, Kerala Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month Job Description We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Assistant Manager in Strategic Alliances & Partnerships to join our team. The role requires building and managing strategic collaborations that drive growth, visibility, and long-term success for the organization. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage strategic alliances & partnerships . Build strong business relationships with partners and stakeholders. Travel as required to meet clients, partners, and collaborators. Assist in planning and executing partnership strategies aligned with organizational goals. Represent the organization professionally in meetings, events, and networking opportunities. Qualifications & Skills MBA in Marketing/HR (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience . Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English. Proactive, quick learner, and with a pleasing personality . Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and other productivity software .
