Job Description

Key Deliverables

  1. Oversee onboarding and account management activities for restaurant partners, maintaining strong relationships and managing performance.
  2. Review partner P&L, providing insights on performance opportunities and growth goals.
  3. Track and analyze weekly performance and growth metrics, providing feedback for course correction.
  4. Interact with internal teams (sales, partner support, finance) to resolve partner queries and ensure smooth operations.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Structure commercial agreements and track partner performance.
  2. Track key metrics like Ads RPO, AOV, and operating hours of restaurants.
  3. Identify and recommend actions for growth by understanding competitor strategies and market dynamics.
  4. Leverage data insights (via tools like CMS, PowerBi, Salesmate) to monitor and improve performance across accounts.
