Assistant Manager Spa

Role Overview: You will be assisting with supervising and coordinating activities of employees delivering spa services at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar. Your main focus will be ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while also assisting in achieving the operating budget. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring all employees have the proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms. - Managing supplies and equipment inventories within budget. - Maintaining cleanliness of spa and related areas and equipment. - Understanding the impact of department operations on the overall property financial goals and managing to achieve or exceed budgeted goals. - Ensuring employees understand expectations and parameters. - Bringing issues to the attention of the department manager and Human Resources as necessary. Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or GED. - 1 year experience in the spa, guest services, or related professional area.
