UDDYAM-PAHSUS Foundation is an incubation center located at Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Solapur University, Solapur, Maharashtra. Established in October 2019, it fosters innovation by supporting and promoting technology-based and rural startups, providing an ecosystem for their growth. UDDYAM focuses on developing an entrepreneurial mindset and environment, aiding the ideation, creation, and commercialization of ventures. The center is supported by the Maharashtra State Innovation Society and the Department of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of Maharashtra.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Skill Development and Entrepreneurship at UDDYAM-PAHSUS Foundation, Solapur. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for organizing skill development programs, managing entrepreneurial initiatives, and providing mentorship to startup founders. Daily tasks include coordinating with stakeholders, facilitating workshops and training sessions, assisting in funding applications, and monitoring the progress of incubated startups. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will be involved in developing strategic partnerships and fostering a supportive ecosystem for startups.

Qualifications

• Experience in Skill Development, Entrepreneurship, and Startup Mentorship
• Strong Project Management and Organizational skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Funding and Investment processes for startups
• Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships
• Proficiency in workshop facilitation and training
• Relevant experience in an incubation center or entrepreneurial environment is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or related field
