Job Description

We’re hiring a hands-on and technically skilled Assistant Manager to lead signage projects, manage teams, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead signage projects for banks and corporates (LED displays, ACP cladding)
  • Manage retail branding setups (canopies, pylons, high-mast signage)
  • Apply engineering knowledge to fabrication tools, materials, and structures
  • Coordinate project timelines, teams, and contractors
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
  • Read and create mechanical designs
  • Drive new product development from concept to execution
  • Solve on-site challenges and ensure smooth execution
  • Use ERP, AutoCAD, MS Office, and Google Drive tools
  • Lead and manage a team of 10–15 member
  • Skills:
  • Strong command of MS Office, Google Sheets & AutoCAD
  • Good understanding of materials like MS, SS & Aluminum
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
