JobDescription:
The incumbent would be responsible for the following:
1. Service Revenue -Achieving Billed Sales of Service for the territory as per the ABP (Annual Business Plan) - Scouting for product conversion / refurbishing. product replacement jobs asper the scheme declared from time to time
2. Customer Satisfaction - Maintaining good relations with the customers & thereby achieve customer satisfaction - Visiting customers for customer service feedback, follow ups, response time etc.
3. Working Capital Management - Inventory control for the assigned territory and maintaining the same for achieving working capital turns
4. Warranty Cost Management -Warranty cost and related inventory management for proper accounting and replacement procedures
5. Outstanding Control & Management - Ensuring that the outstanding remains within the norms and policy on payment terms is followed strictly
6. Organizational Imperatives - Actively participating and originating Kaizens - Actively involving in Business Excellence initiatives - Adhere to Compliance and Safe Working Environment
REQUISITE QUALIFICATION
Essential:
Degree/Diploma in Engineering OR Graduate in anu discipline
Preferred:

REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential:
2 years of work experience for Degree in Engineering OR 4 years of work experiencefor Diploma in Engineering/Graduate in any discipline
Preferred:
Experience in service of industrial products like MHE
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Essential:
1. Technical Skills 2. Communication Skills 3. Product knowledge 4. Soundfundamental concepts
