About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and well-rounded Project

Manager who can successfully lead digital marketing and SEO projects. The ideal

candidate will combine technical expertise with exceptional communication and

interpersonal skills to drive measurable results for our clients—primarily in the US

market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan, manage, and execute SEO and digital marketing campaigns,

including Google Ads and Facebook advertising.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies aligned with client

objectives.

  • Lead SEO projects, ensuring successful delivery backed by clear case studies

and performance metrics.

  • Oversee website optimization, content strategies, and technical SEO

improvements.

  • Collaborate with web developers and designers on WordPress and other CMS

platforms to ensure best practices are implemented.

  • Maintain effective communication with US-based clients; manage expectations,

provide regular updates, and build long-term relationships.

  • Conduct and present SEO and marketing performance reports, and recommend

data-driven improvements.

  • Strategically manage local SEO efforts for clients targeting geographically

specific markets.

  • Stay up to date with evolving marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate

strategies and insights.

  • Presentable, charming, and soft-spoken personality, capable of fostering trust and

rapport with clients and team members alike.

  • Mature attitude with no passive aggressiveness, ego, or quick temper; excels in

teamwork and constructive discussions.

  • Proven command over digital marketing strategies, SEO, Google Ads, and

Facebook campaigns.

  • Strong working knowledge of WordPress and other leading website platforms.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on SEO experience, including successful project leadership

backed by case studies.

  • Practical experience working with and managing US clients.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, objectives, and strategies across

digital channels.

  • Expertise in various SEO strategies, including technical SEO, on-page

optimization, and content-driven SEO.

  • Solid knowledge of Local SEO, including local listings, map optimization, and

region-focused keyword strategies.
