Assistant Manager - Sea Freight (Exports)

You will be joining our Sea Exports team as a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager with a strong background in freight forwarding, specifically in sea exports. Your main responsibilities will include managing sea exports operations, documentation, filing, and coordination. You will also be developing and implementing pricing strategies, preparing quotes for customers, and providing excellent customer service to build and maintain relationships. Additionally, you will be leading and motivating the sea exports team to achieve targets. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in sea exports within the freight forwarding industry. The position is based in Alandur, and immediate joiners are preferred. Key skills required for this role include expertise in sea exports operations, documentation, and regulations, as well as excellent pricing and quotation skills. Strong communication and customer service abilities, along with leadership qualities to effectively lead and motivate a team, are also essential.
