Job Description

Experience: Must in Screw quality

Key Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of screw/threaded fasteners and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Knowledge in Indian/International standards for Screws testing methodologies.
Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, thread micrometers, calipers, gauges, hardness testers (Vickers, Rockwell), profile projectors, drill,drive, torque test and shadowgraph.
Knowledge in handling metallurgical microscopes and SST.
Detailed knowledge in screw surface coatings & its testing standards.
Experience in hardness testing and metallurgical inspection for surface treatments.
Attention to detail with a methodical approach to inspection and documentation.
Strong knowledge in quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949), core tools and inspection standards.
Good computer skills for maintaining records and reports and preparing presentations.
Strong communication skills for reporting and collaborating with teams.
Knowledge in conducting CQI-9,11 & 12 audits
Handling customer audits & QMS audits.
