Job Description

Job Title:- Assistant Manager (Responsible For Managing the Sales Team)

Location:- Bangalore (Whitefield)

Experience:- 2 to 9 years (2 years exp mandatory into Sales domain as Assistant Manager)

Job Overview

Candidates must have at least experience in an outbound sales process (Should be from BPO and handling NBFC / BFSI / Banking Process) Working with customers, suppliers and members, evaluate budgets, P&L and determine ways to simplify and improve the sales process

You should possess good decision-making skills and the ability to communicate efficiently. You should also have good organizational and sales skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Supervising and delegating tasks to the sales team members.
  • Meeting the sales targets and sales goals efficiently.
  • Building relationships with the old and existing customers.
  • Attending meetings and daily stand-ups.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales staff.
  • Providing training sessions to the new team members.
  • Maintaining a positive working environment for the employees.
  • Assisting Sales Manager in planning effective sales strategies.
  • Addressing customer's issues in a timely manner.
  • Adhering to the work policies, ethics, and regulations of a firm.

Job Requirement / Skills

  • Working experience as an Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Assistant, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Ability to provide amazing customer service to the clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Knowledge and experience using effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
  • Excellent ability to make a timely decision.
  • Good sales and people skills
