Assistant Manager – Sales

Responsibilities

Roles Responsibilities:

  • The Assistant Manager - Sales is responsible for supporting the residential sales team in achieving sales targets, managing client relationships and assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Generate and identify new leads through networking, referrals and market research.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via phone calls, emails and social media to create new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Present properties to potential buyers, highlighting features, benefits and potential value.
  • Oversee the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring all paperwork and legal requirements are completed accurately and timely.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Follow up with client’s post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals or repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and transactions using CRM software.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, tracking performance metrics and sales achievements.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align sales strategies and achieve team goals.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
  • You will have 5-8 years of experience in the real estate industry.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • A track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property types and sales processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
