Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager-Sales (Residential Real Estate) located in Sec 136, Noida. The Assistant Manager-Sales will be responsible for managing and driving sales of residential properties. Daily tasks include engaging with potential clients, understanding their property needs, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining relationships with clients, preparing sales proposals, and tracking sales metrics to meet or exceed targets.

• Customer relationship management and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of the residential real estate market and property laws
• Ability to conduct site visits and understand customer requirements
• Proficiency in preparing sales proposals and sales tracking
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus
