Role Overview: As the Assistant Sales Manager in Neptunus, your primary purpose is to drive the growth of the Engineering Business in the Middle Eastern & African territories. You will be tasked with achieving aggressive growth targets and expanding the company's presence in the oil & gas and marine sectors. By leveraging your expertise, you will play a crucial role in establishing Neptunus as a leading technology solution provider in international markets. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with international customers from various regions, understanding their needs, building trust, and developing relationships with key decision-makers to secure opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Secure sales of INR 40 crores in the 1st year and 52 crores over 3 years from Engine spares & services and engine management solutions - Identify and prospect new opportunities for both new and existing prospects - Understand customer requirements to provide tailored solutions - Visit decision-makers of existing accounts in India and Dubai - Handle objections and drive negotiations for significant opportunities - Expand into new territories offering Engine spares & services and Engine Management Solution - Build a database of customers to create a pipeline for the future - Maintain customer data in CRM software and provide intelligence to the ops/engineering team for quotes and proposals Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of sales experience in prospecting, need creation, closing sales, account development, and customer relationship management - Track record of adding 3-5 new customers or 2 crores from new customers per year over the past 2 years - Experience with using CRM software - 2+ years of experience in selling engine spares/services in the marine/oil & gas sector - Achieved 80% of sales target on a year-on-year basis - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) - Ability to articulate thoughts, make presentations in English, and negotiate effectively - Hunger for sales, growth, and closing deals - Organized, process-oriented with strong follow-up skills - Driven to build relationships with customers and sell solutions (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.)
