Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the automotive and industrial seating segment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, dealers, and industrial clients.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business success.
  • Conduct regular market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the product and design teams to develop customer-specific seating solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline. MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales & marketing, preferably in the automotive or industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of seating systems or automotive components is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally as required.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
