Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development of risk based monthly internal audit plan based on the

management inputs, business priorities, assessment of business risk environment.

• Track, monitor and report status of open internal audits observations to all

stakeholders on immediate and monthly basis.

• Develop and maintain internal Audit SOP including templates, protocols and

documentation requirements.

• Create repository of audit programs, checklist, templates and tools as an aid for

standardization and consistency in execution of internal audit program.

• Plan, develop and maintain audit support tools to improve audit process quality and

efficiency.

• Monitor risk mitigation steps, initiatives taken by management to assess its

effectiveness and calibrate internal audit procedures.

• Committed to continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of

governance.

• Publish monthly compliance dashboard and reports for stakeholders.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a multinational environment.

• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4-6 years of experience in internal and external audits.

• Knowledge of privacy and security frameworks/standards, such as ISO 27001, CMMI,

QMS, etc.

• Bachelors Degree

• Excellent communication (i.e., verbal and written)Role & responsibilities
