Job Description

Assistant Manager - Rural Term Loan - HTS
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Culture Anchor:

Duties and Responsibilities

IBA Identification, Management, and Deliverables:

Screen potential IBAs based on fitment and profile.

Fulfill required criteria before profile is sent for enrollment.

Resolve discrepancies with the central support team.

Daily connect with recruited IBAs and update on KPIs.

Drive IBA Log-in and Talk Time metrics.

Lead and business generation as per business plan shared.

Dynamic allocation of data based on field requirements in coordination with the central support team.

Resolve all IBA system issues and queries with the central team where required.

Maintain IBA activation rates over targets rolled out.

Ensure communication to IBAs on disbursement and earnings.

Motivate IBAs to qualify for R&R and address grievances.

Act as a real-time coordination channel between Sales, IBA, and Central support.

Systems Understanding & Data Analysis:

Understanding of CRM & lending systems, Salesforce.com, and Finnone is a must.

Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.

Dialer understanding, specifically in a decentralized telecalling environment.

Track all important business metrics on a regular basis.

Required Qualifications and Experience

1-2 years of outbound sales team management experience.

Prior experience in a sales role in retail lending would be an added advantage.

Collaborative work style to engage with peers and colleagues across the company.

Excellent team management and interpersonal skills.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and must be a self-starter.
