Job Description

Handling of GST Queries related queries and sample invoices to audit team
Ability to prepare reconciliations
Knowledge of Financial Software such as SAP, Oracle Finance etc.
Knowledge of Revenue Accounting Software
Knowledge of reconciliation of Customer/Vendor Accounts
Follow-up with Revenue accounting software regarding SLFE (Invoice Input File) & GL Extract
Comparison of SLFE data with GST Extract on daily basis
Transfer of Extract files to IT for Invoicing
Monitoring of invoices and follow-up with the IT Team
Generation & rectification of GST error report
UAT of new configuration to the SLFE file
Reconciliation of SLFE vs. GL Extract vs. Invoices
GST Adjustment entry for difference b/w GSTR1 & SAP
Adhoc request for station wise GST data from Tax department
Adhoc request for sample GST invoices from CR team
Info sharing with the RA software related to addition of new station & its registered address
Configuration of new taxes/fee code in invoices & follow up with IT Team

Skill Set:

Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to grasp things quickly
Hands on experience in MS office
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build consensus across diverse teams and achieve results
Ability to communicate with senior management.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Education:

CMA (ICWA)/CA-INTER/MBA/M-COM
