As an Assistant Manager, Regional Skill Chapter at The Furniture and Fittings Skill Council (FFSC), your role involves driving engagement activities to achieve FFSC's overall goals, particularly in the development and management of the Regional Skill Chapter. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with potential industry players and associations from the Interiors and Furniture industry. - Conduct the Skill Gap Study for the region and plan activities for the industry. - Identify potential partners willing to support by creating Skill Academies. - Coordinate with FFSC's Skilling Partner team for accreditation and affiliation of such Skills. - Conduct orientation sessions and placement drives for learners from academia. - Organise training programs for existing professionals in the industry.
