Senior Associate / Assistant Manager Instructional Design

As a Senior Associate/Assistant Manager in Instructional Design, you will play a crucial role in designing impactful learning solutions that facilitate skill development across various industries. With over 35 years of experience in instructional design, you will bring a high level of detail orientation to our dynamic team. Your primary responsibilities will include developing instructional content for qualifications, micro-credentials, and training programs. You will be tasked with designing engaging, learner-centric materials in various formats such as self-paced, ILT, and VILT. Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you will transform technical content into accessible modules. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating storyboards, scripts, presentations, facilitator guides, and learner handbooks to enhance the learning experience. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong grasp of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories. Excellent writing and communication skills are essential for effectively conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools is required to create interactive and engaging learning materials.
