You will be joining Empathy Relocations India LLP, a prominent provider of Corporate Immigration, Relocation, and Car Rental solutions. We are currently looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to the expansion of our client base. As an Assistant Manager Real Estate (Leasing) based in Gurugram, you will be handling property visits, property management tasks, negotiations with property owners, and overseeing lease drafting and administration processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing leases, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with real estate regulations, executing commercial real estate transactions, and maintaining property records. It is crucial to possess strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple properties at the same time. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Property Management and Lease Administration, possess knowledge of Leases and Real Estate in Delhi NCR, and have prior experience with Commercial Real Estate in Delhi NCR. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
