Assistant Manager - RCU

Role Overview: As a Risk Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive risk assessments across various business areas to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing risk control strategies to mitigate these risks and enhance the organization's overall risk posture. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to risk management, monitoring compliance, and implementing necessary measures to address any gaps. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting comprehensive risk assessments across various business areas - Developing and implementing risk control strategies to mitigate risks - Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies - Monitoring compliance and implementing necessary measures to address gaps - Preparing regular risk reports and presenting findings to senior management and the board of directors - Managing and coordinating responses to risk-related incidents - Implementing corrective actions to address issues and prevent future occurrences - Establishing and updating risk control policies, procedures, and frameworks - Conducting risk-related training programs for employees - Contributing to the development and maintenance of business continuity plans Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) or similar certification preferred - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of industry best practices in risk management Additional Company Details: N/A,
